Ember supports organizations in the public and private sectors across Canada. Our team has
over 20 years of combined experience in the areas of connection, coaching, workplace culture,
and psychological health and safety. We offer listening tours, leadership alignment, leadership
coaching, and educational services for individuals, leaders, and teams.
Our team works alongside organizations using human-centred services to empower, create
space, facilitate connection, ignite the spark to evolve and contribute to advancing the
workplace culture. Those who work with us receive tangible and targeted solutions to evolve the

Jesse Adams
President and CEO
Jesse is the leader and founder of Ember Experience, which supports organizations across Canada that are focused on evolving leadership and business practices to support humans in the workplace.
Jesse has over a decade of experience in leadership, business coaching, corporate well-being, strategy analysis and implementation. Jesse is a highly skilled public speaker, visionary thinker,
and coach for senior leaders.
Aishwarya holds an undergraduate degree in Engineering in Electronics &
Communication as well as an MBA.
Aish strives to bring passion, focus, and energy to every challenge. Aish values and deeply cares for her work and for her team. She seeks growth and evolution through education and
work challenges.

Bethany is one of the newest team members to join Ember Experience. She works as an Associate Advisor.
Bethany has a background in communications, psychological and holistic wellness, and addictions counselling. Bethany specializes in client management, presentations,
and public speaking.
Thomas pulls from his experience in aerospace engineering, sales, data analysis, digital marketing, and even research ethics.
Thomas aims to enhance the employee-employer relationship by utilizing data to understand specific client needs and provide tailored solutions. He specializes in data analytics, processes, and information technology systems.
